Fielmann: compulsory notice

On 21 December 2012, Fielmann Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, was notified of the circumstances below by Fielmann-Familienstiftung, in accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities’ Trading Act):
The shares giving rise to voting rights in Fielmann Aktiengesellschaft held by the Fielmann-Familienstiftung via fielmann INTER-OPTIK GmbH & Co. KG up to the present time fell below the thresholds of 50%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% on 19 December 2012 and now comprise 0% (being 0 voting rights).
